[Swig-devel] Swig turns 20 years old

This season marks 20 years since I started the Swig project as a holiday coding project. A huge number of people have contributed to the project over the years and it has grown beyond my wildest expectations. I’d just like to offer a special thanks to William Fulton for all of his amazing work on coordinating releases, fixing bugs, and maintaining the project over the years. I don’t often get a chance to use Swig myself these days, but whenever I do, I’m constantly amazed by all of the contributions people have made to it.

Thanks Dave. https://www.openhub.net/p/swig is showing 143
contributors in total (although I suspect the real number is higher)
and 43 over the last year. Since moving to Github the number of
contributions by different people has gone up quite a lot, so thanks
to everyone who encouraged this move.

As a heads up, I'd like to release swig-3.0.8 before the year is
complete... it can be an anniversary release!
