I'd like to make our final release for the year in the next week or so.

I'm mainly concerned with regressions and there are a couple of unresolved
problems which I'd appreciate some help fixing over the next few days:
1) isfinite problem - https://github.com/swig/swig/issues/615 and I see
Olly has just submitted a patch which I'll look at -
https://github.com/swig/swig/pull/849
2) ongoing python import woes. I'd like to get closure on
https://github.com/swig/swig/issues/769
3) R get/set names - https://github.com/swig/swig/pull/839 and
https://github.com/swig/swig/pull/834. Joe, can you attend to this one
please?

There are still plenty of unfinished and unreviewed patches on Github. I'll
do my best to go through these, but any comments verifying or discussing
open patches will be much appreciated.

In particular we have a lot of Javascript patches with no-one willing to
take responsibility for accepting them. We do really need an active
Javascript maintainer as this is a growing language, so if anyone is
willing to be more involved in this area, please shout out.

William
